Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt (or 30 days if the product is defective).
• Item Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and receipt included.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive goods, and digital downloads cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspecting the returned item.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
